I haven't spent much time exploring the granular and harmonic engines yet, but enjoy experimenting with them in presets. I prefer to use my own fave plugins for FX. It's a CPU hog, though much of that comes from its internal FX. Arturia released the first version of Pigments in 2019 and we’ve recently arrived at version 4. New Filter and Delay: Arturia have added the iconic sound of the Buchla Easel low pass gate and a space-age tape echo to Pigments sonic arsenal, for some. ![]()
